Jane Gardner is a Minnesota born, New York based designer and illustrator, currently designing toy packaging at Fisher-Price (Mattel) on Nickelodeon, Disney, and BBC licensed brands. She holds a BFA in Communication Design from Parsons the New School for Design, and also studied graphic design at Central Saint Martins College of Art and Design in London, as well as fine art at Minneapolis College of Art and Design.
Freelance projects include designing album artwork for Rough Trade Records, t-shirt graphics for Love Cupcakes, illustrations and editorial layouts for Downtown Magazine, branding for Spot Communications, and more. Past internships include Nickelodeon, Obama for America, Scales Advertising, and GraphicDesign.com. Jane's work has been shown in Rolling Stone, NME Magazine, Pitchfork, Gramophone Magazine, Fast Company, The Design Kids blog, EatSleepDraw, and the Minneapolis City Pages.
